What is this Harley Cover
This is a Harley Davidson Cover for something. I believe it may be for a 1200 XL Sportster, but have never seen one before.

it looks like you put it on the useless stock headlight because it probably makes it brighter.

Tank bib. Goes at the bottom of the Sportster tank so you do not scratch the paint.
Bottom meaning the end facing your junk. Keep your junk off the paint, man.
