What size over stock do I need for 14" apes on an Ultra Limited? Thanks.

...installed 12" bars on a 2011 limited and used + 6" for the Clutch cable and upper front ABS Brake line

You should be good with A 6" over. That is what I have, motion pro from Eastern Performance
