2014 Touring model service manual

Thumbs down 2014 Touring model service manual

During bike week I purchased a 2014 Limited from Destination Harley. I also purchased a service manual for the 2014 touring bikes. Upon checking the manual, I found pages 2-51 thru 2-66 missing from manual.
Destination Harley informed me without receipt, to bad.
Anyone else buy a manual with these pages missing?
It appears to be a printing error as you can see no pages were torn out and book was sealed in plastic when I got it.

I can't say much about the missing pages, but Destination Harley sounds like it has some terrible customer service...

I just check mine - my pages are there - when you purchased it, was the manual sealed in plastic?...
I'd bring it back to them and ask them to replace it, they must have the transaction on their computer or if you paid Credit Card, see if you can get a copy thru them

They are for ABS module, bleeding brakes and front fork.
Yes, it was sealed in plastic. I called them, they said they won't exchange it without receipt, they couldn't find purchase on their computer.

Did you use a credit card? You can always dispute it if you did

Thanks for suggestion Mark, I did use credit card and just found the transaction. I will call bank Monday and see what I have to do to dispute it.

I would print out the receipt from my credit card company, take that to them and if they still won't replace the manual I would then file a dispute with my CC company. I think that would be faster and less hassle.
