So I have a super tuner pro for my Dyna that I can't seem to get working. I have tried both on a win7 laptop with the original version 3 software and the newest available for download. No luck. Tried the same thing on my win8 desk top, still no luck.

I have all the cables connected properly and yes the ignition is on , My computers wont even recognize the VDI is connected.

Pulling my hair out!!!!

 

I guess it helps pluggin the damn tuner into the correct port. Doh!
