Just wanted to do a quick little shout of for Bobster Brand Sunglasses.

I have purchased a few pairs of Bobster sun glasses over the past few years. here are some of the reasons you should give this company some business.

-Price, you can purchase a good set of riding shades for a fraction of the cost of the big company names

-Quality, the quality on these glasses are outstanding for what you shell out. My personal favorite are the ambush series. They come with stems & optional head strap. These things can take a beating!

-Customer service, this one is always a big one for me.
I cannot stand a company that never replies to emails and constantly finds loop holes in order to not fulfill warranties. On the other hand you have this company, my personal experience with them was this.

I own a pair of ambush convertible glasses. These glasses were stored in my fork bag for some time and developed a small smudge on the lens. I contacted the company via email and received a response within 24 hours, and not an automated one, an actual rep.
She quickly, without hesitation, put in a request for a replacement order after seeing a picture I provided of my lens. WHO DOES THAT! I have had companies issue replacements ONLY after they received the original item and deemed it covered by warranty. Not this company
In less than a week I received a replacement.

I am one satisfied customer.
Show them some love and order a pair of glasses from them.
I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied!

I for one always like hearing about a great product and or customer service. Makes me feel like we're still not quite in the drain yet, just circling it! Thanks for the write up.

 

I agree, even more so with the amount of times people complain about service and products. Thanks for the heads up, have been looking for some new glasses.

 

I've got a pair....or had a pair. LOL I liked them but they did break but that was my fault I'm pretty sure. I agree it is good to hear some good instead of all the bad! They say every unhappy customer tells 10 people how horrible the product/service is. For every 10 happy customers 1 will tell 1 single person how good it is.

Bobster makes an excellent product, I've been wearing the Bobster Bugeye goggles since around '06, I've got the smoked, reflective, and clear, 2 pair of each. They're my go to eyeware when I'm riding, they've taken a lot of bugs and road schmutz over the miles and are still going strong, very well made goggles... great review!

I have a clear set for nighttime riding that have been bouncing around in my saddlebags for about 6 years. I keep them in the microfiber sleeve that they came in. A little scuffed, but still in one piece!
