2014 Street Glide to a Swithback
#2
Why? In my opinion these are 2 of the more versatile Harley models, meaning they seem great for anything from riding around town to cross country, just as they come from the dealer. But that being said the SG seems a bit of an upgrade, so not sure why you'd switch unless you plan to do a lot of riding sans bags and windshield (this is not meant to trash the Switchback, it was on my shortlist until I fell in love with the look of the Slim).

For the riding you do, the Dyna is a better fit. You giving up the stereo qualifies you as a true motorcycle enthusiast.

Street glide is just fine around town, I use mine as a daily commuter, grocery getter, going to an event and need to find parking ride, and a touring bike. I wouldn't get upside down on payments to switch to a smaller bike, so if you already own the 14 FLHX then I'd stick with it, rather than taking the depreciation hit that'll come from trying to sell it or trade it in.
