I sat on a bike over the weekend and the owner said it has wild ones wo578 bars on it. He said he didn't change them so he didn't know what had to be changed. Im curious if anyone has made this swap and if so what all has to be changed? I have an 06 ultra classic. Thanks

 

I've heard that some people have put the W.O. 578's on their Ultras using OEM wiring and cables.


I went a bit higher on my '13 CVO Ultra with the W.O. 577's but I had to have the wiring and hydraulic clutch/brake lines lengthened.


Try lots of different bars before making the commitment.

On my '09, I kept the stock wires and rerouted them in the fairing but replaced the clutch cable.
