Default 94 road king mufflers

I just got a 94 flhr , it came with 30" fish tail pipes and leather hard case bags but the bags were not installed. It has re bar suports in the back in stead of the bag brackets supporting them and im afraid the pipes might crack because of the weak support. I dont have all the brackets to mount the hard bags and i dont think they were on this bike because the turn signals are in the way (no rear light bar) so i put my old cowboy bags on it and i like the look ! Anyway heres what i want to know .... are those blinkers in stock position and instead of getting brackets for the hard bags and a rear light bar does anybody know of some 15 or 16" mufflers that will mount to my head pipes easily ? And if i go with shorter pipes will i have to re jet ? Plenty of room under my old bags ... ill put up some picks
