So i have a 2013 Ultra Cvo, i have a craftsman door opener. I followed the instructions to a T and still got nothing. I searched here and google, i have tried everything to get this thing working with no luck. I can here the box click when i flip the headlight switch but the door doesn't move.
So i borrowed one of my dad's spare new ones. Hook it up, follow the manual, still nothing other than the box clicks.

Has anyone else had this issue? On Harley's website instructions it say's to check the light on the bike side but that is if you buy it and install it, it came stock on my bike and i don't see any lights anywhere for that.

Dad say's he hits the program button then goes to the bike and does the switch, the manual say's to hold the button down while hitting the headlight switch, i did it both ways.

 

On mine I had to hold the button down while hitting the switch. Are you absolutely sure you have the receiver going to the right two wires on the opener? At least one guy on here accidentally had it hooked to the door blockage sensor wires.

 

Yes, I actually unhooked the opener from the wall to make sure it was the right spot

 

Sounds like a programming error if it has been wired correctly. There are lots of wiring options to get confused with in the instructions. Mine programed right up. Hold the button on the receiver, wired and plugged in, while you operate the light switch with the ignition on.
