Default 2014 flhtk no fans

I am trying to understand why my fans do not operate. The bike has gotten plenty hot enough. The water at each radiator gets hot, so I am assuming the pump and thermostat are working. I have checked every connector near the pump and I checked the 10amp coolant fuse, everything appears ok. I am not having any problems with overheating, or at least it does not release at the pressure cap and the water level stays good. Only 3500 miles on it. Help!

Do the fan test, when getting ready to shut down, use kill swith (not ignition switch) and roll throttle beyond 50%, this will turn fans on after 3-5 seconds, letting you know the system is functioning.

Take it in to the dealer and have it fixed under warranty.

Very likely nothing to fix.

The fans will very rarely come on.
Mince have come on once since I bought the bike 3,000 miles ago.
