I have a 2011 fat bob just turned over 22000 miles got home from a 1000 miles trip with no issues went to town the next day 2 miles shut bike off went to start bike fuel pump ran bike turned over and over and over wouldn't fire cycle the key so the fuel pun would build pressure it fired then died. Not sure what's going on replaced all the fuses and relays I'm thinking its fuel pump how do I make sure

Wow. You have a lot of extra fuses. Were they all bad?

If the fuel pump is running, that counts out a blown fuse.

Have you checked for any lose connections?
Are you getting spark?
What is your cold cranking compression reading?
Is there gas in the tank?

Cycle the the key fuel pump primes bike fires then dies. Fuses were dirty but not blown just changed them cause they were corroded up what a new fuel pump cost

I haven't needed to perform such a test yet(!), but here is a good article that shows EFI fuel pressure testing on a Harley:

EFI TEST

Hope you get it worked out.
