I had the rear HawgWired 4 ohm speakers on my 08 Screaming Eagle Ultra stop working. Apparently the vibrations shattered the glue or whatever holds the cone to rest of the speaker. This happened 6 years after I installed them. I called them back to order new ones as these could not be repaired, so I was told. HawgWired stopped making the 4 phm speakers....no can do....But they did say call Kicker Audio...I did just that and ordered a set of replacement 4 ohm speakers. After a year one stopped working and the volume of the second was way down. I purchased them in May, 2014 and had the issues in June of 2015. I called them to see if they could repair them(the warranty was 12 months so I was a month late) but instead the lady with whom I spoke gave me a RMA number and said to send them back right away. I did just that and received a new pair withing a week of my mailing. No questions, no hassle, no harm, no foul. Now that is what I call customer service. Which these days in very hard to find. I can say that these folks in Stillwater are very stand up and stand behind their product.
