Just saw a listing of the 2016 HD models on the totalmotorcycle web site. The Live wire model is listed.

Nope. Just like TMW does every year, it's just a copy of last year's list. They'll update it in a few weeks.

 

Yea that is interesting since even the folks that work there don't know what's new yet. Looks like last year's list I agree

 

If Livewire is listed its bogus. Do you really believe they will tell everyone that it's at least 2 years away and
SURPRISE! it's here for MY 2016?

 

Also, no way an e-bike that gives a range of 53 miles would sell. That may be good for the Avengers movie, but not for the real world.

 

I think Harley pulled the plug on production of the live wire(no pun intended)

 

So much for your anticipation, Sucker !. Just wait until after Sturgis is when HD will reveal their lineup.

All the models are basically the same after the base model of each family with different sheet metal, paint and chrome accessories attached.

 

I noticed that in the Virtual Release there was a reference to "Day 1" so I think they're going to milk this for all they can. Back in the day our sales manager would attend the dealer show and fax us pics of the new models. It was always exciting (and disappointing) to see the new model year unveiled.
