Progressive 444 question
so I just picked up a pair of progressive 444HD. I opted for the 11.5 to bring the bike down just enough to where I'm flat footed and have a slight bend in my leg. I went with the heavy duty because I'm 265 on a good day and do some two up riding with the ol lady who is 150. I figured this combo would be perfect but I'm flying off the damn seat with these shocks. Every time I hit it a bump, it's like a sling shot off the seat on the decompress. I called progressive spoke to someone who said my sag should be 3/4. Measured it and on the lowest setting I'm at 3/4. I called back and the same rep said its because I'm too light for the shock. I explained to him I'm 265 and he said you're jus too light for it. Makes no sense since they recommend them for riders 250+ (though I've seen on here from 225+) Anyone else had this problem, should I exchange from the standard or will those just bottom out?
Forgot to say, this is a 2010 Dyna Street Bob FXDB
