A little Help 201Treet Glide DTC P1510/P2138

I am having a bit of trouble and could use some help. I swapped out the handle bars on a 2015 Street Glide Custom and now I am getting no throttle response. I have DTC's P1510, and P2138.
Where do I start to remedy this problem?
