Wind splitter on FLHTK
I bought on my 2015 FLHTK a 10" wind splitter of HD. Had on a 2010 FLHTCU a 12" standard screen which was sufficient in height. I am 6'3" tall.
According the dealer this 10" should have the same effect as the 12" on my Ultra. Obviously: NOT. Even with the duct full open in the fairing my helmet receives a frontal wind attack. I am looking now for an aftermarket 12" windsplitter for my 2015 Ultra Limited.
Because Harley Davidson is obviously not amused with tall riders and doesn'y have these splitters taller than 10".
Does any one know a supplier for these types of windscreens and what are your experiences?
