Dealer says these are fine. I disagree. Changed them 2 weeks ago to monitor. What's your take?

I say new gasket needed in the front - valve guide from what I've read. You?

 

Lol. Using the new garage talk app and don't see where to upload. Rear plug dry and good very light tan coloring. Front plug - oil burning around white tip, end of threads near tip, and oil noticeable further up within threads (unburned)
