Default Early quit at work today

What a great decision. Hot & sunny why stay at work. Rode the Niagara River from Buffalo past the Falls to Lake Ontario. Got a half case of wine even on Niagara wine trail for the wife. Almost 200 miles. Picture of river rapids with Falls just ahead

I thought about riding up there today too - Took a route in the exact opposite direction though!

I love up state New York. I use to spend my weekends in Oswego, when my dad had his fishing boat. And they do make some great wine up there.

I was working on an elevator in that hotel just right of center in your pic. I sure wish I could have joined you. Although it was a little warm out.

Wife and I rode over that are in '09 on our Superglide built up for touring, well light touring. We went to Niagara-on the the-Lakes (Canadian side) Had a memory cell kick in at the Flower Clock. The next day tour the power plant and on up the Fort. Spent time in Palmyra/Webster area, my family is there, what's left. Rode Letchworth Park, nice park, then home again thru Canada to MI. 'Bout ran over a tourist in Niagara, Canada stepped out in front of us. Don't speak Japanese so I don't care what he said, wife gave him a wave.

Niagara county, NY. Was at Niagara on the Lake a month ago. Car though. Crossing the bridges on a hot day and the long inspection wait on a air cooled bike, all kind of puts me off. But the ride on your side Fort Erie to Niagara would be the best ride. Maybe in the Fall when it is cooler and tourist traffic is down
