Default Road Rage

Never worth it on a bike.

HARMAN - An Elkins man is charged with malicious wounding after police say he intentionally hit a man on a motorcycle and left the scene.
Ronald Nelson Jr., 27, was driving a friend's Mitsubishi Lancer July 21 along Route 33, near Harman, when his vehicle hit a motorcycle driven by Logan Teter, according to West Virginia State Police.
Teter was flown via HealthNet due to injuries sustained in the collision and was interviewed by police at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Teter told State Police he was behind Nelson travelling up Shaver's Mountain when Nelson began slinging gravel on him. He then attempted to pass Nelson, which Nelson tried to prevent by swerving in front of Teter.
Teter finally got beside Nelson and asked what his problem was. After words were exchanged, Teter passed Nelson and began travelling in front of him. As they were travelling down Middle Mountain, Teter noticed Nelson travelling extremely closely before he was struck in the rear.
Police say Nelson did nothing to avoid the collision, hit Teter intentionally and did not stop to help him.
Teter also told police that he has known Nelson for over ten years and went to school with him.
Nelson is also charged with driving while license suspended or revoked for DUI, and it is the third time Nelson has been charged with driving on a revoked license.
Nelson was booked in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on Saturday in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Oh,

You CAN "Fix" it...

But you'd probably spend some "Time" for doing so!*
