Custom Pinstride Day
Every since I got my black 2015 Ultra Limited, it seems like I see nothing but the same bikes everywhere. I decided I need some different paint but cannot afford custom paint. After researching around I decided to just go with flame pinstripes on the lower sections. Today I am dropping the bike off at Tex EFX outside of Sanger, TX which is very close to where I work. Tex has been doing this since 1979 and really does some great work. I'm so stoked to finally set my bike apart from the others. Pics to come after I get her back.

Painted Pinstriping Complete
Picked up my bike from TexEfx yesterday and am very pleased with the work. My wife and I opted for silver and charcoal to blend with the existing factory pinstripes and I just let him express his art. For those of you who went to Sturgis this year, he setup shop there and if you saw the refurbed Evel Knievel trucks, he did all that work before the rally. The price was $700 which I was hoping to stay around $500 but still feel it was money well spent to set the bike apart from other black Limiteds other than just adding more chrome. I did come up with an HD bar & shield idea for my wife's and my name and had it painted on the rear fender. I got in a little rain on the way to his shop so I had to shine it up a little last night and then rode to the speedway today to snap some pics.
