Wet Seat
Turned my TriGlide seat over to a local upholsterer for some seat mods. Gel & high density memory foam for a better ride. He informed me that the foam padding under the seat cover was soaking wet. Best I can recall, the trike sat out during a thunderstorm in Ogallala Nebraska overnight about two weeks ago. Live & learn. If your H-D is going to be exposed to the elements, cover the seat with a rain cover or maybe a rain-proof treatment. I'm sure it would have dried out in time, but methinks the motor company should have designed their seats to withstand a little rain.

If it was still wet after two weeks it must of have been a hell of a thunderstorm
I would think you could soak in a bucket and it would dry within two weeks.
My seat was in a 20 minute downpour and as far as I'm aware the inside of the seat never got wet.
That being said, I believe a seat cover probably is a cheap investment.
