Here's a couple pics of an XL and XS together. They are very near the same size.



I've been wearing mine (XL) for a couple of months and really like it. Not much bigger than the skid lid I was wearing, fits good and comfy. My GF doesn't like hers (XS). It pinches her ears. I've done some compressing of the foam, but after about an hour it starts to hurt.
