So when I bought my '14 X1200XL, I also purchased the 5 year extended warranty coverage(I bought the bike from a military auto group, and with the discounts, I could afford the extra cash). I'm American, the bike is US-Spec, and I am stationed in Germany. My question is, if I need to use the warranty, am I covered in Germany at a HD dealership? Or the Netherlands for that matter, since I live along the border. I've tried looking all over the internet, HDs website, everything. Has anyone had this issue?

 

I would think the contract you signed has a customer service number. I'd suggest getting your information from the company that sold you the product.
