Thumbs up Nice move by Memphis Shades!!!

Last year I bought a replacement Memphis Shades fairing after I was ran into a guardrail on my Road King. It is finally out of paint and I recently took the last of the parts I had ordered to my Indy. I could not for the life of me find the mounting hardware for the shield so called and today received it free of charge.

Along with the package came a note that reads (in short) thank you for being a customer. No charge but if you think paying is the right thing to do make a check out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and send to the above address.

Well I don't mess with checks but rest assured I will be making an online donation. Just a kudos out to Memphis Shades for being a caring and compassionate company.

So I did make a donation and was sure to send Memphis Shades a thank you note through their contact us page.

Nice customer service and even better asking you to donate to, IMO, a very worthwhile cause.

Will keep this in mind when looking for a windshield.

Great move of Memphis Shade...! "Quality' is not only shown in the product but in everything around doing business, was a saying of my late father..

Default Nice move by Memphis Shades!!!

That is so awesome.

I put a Memphis Shafe windshield on my 95 Heritage a couple of years ago.

Also worth noting, if you decide you want a bat wing, theirs uses the same mounting hardware as their windshields, so can switch back and forth if you want very easily.
