Default I finally did it....

After having my Heritage for about a year I finally scraped my floorboards. It was just a slow speed turn going into a gas station, but I feel like much more of a man now. I think I'll go grill some meat.

I scraped my foot pegs going into a slow turn with a dip and I hated it. Scared the crap out of me.

I drug boards on my Road King all of the time, but I haven't done it once on the Street Glide. I guess I'm going soft.

Yeah, it didn't bother me. What's weird is I've taken sharper corners expecting them to scrape and never did.

Once you get over that initial shock of doing it it gets easier. I scrape the kickstand on left turns all the time on my SG, anyone know if there's a way to get that stand up higher?

I scraped doing a slow U-turn on my Glide. Didn't even think I was leaning that far over....? Now when I'm going around turns I expect to scrape when I lean but it hasn't happened again yet

The best one is when you scrape your foot on the ground mid turn, that will get your attention if you weren't expecting it. Have mini boards on the Dyna and when I turn left and try to shift my foot will scrape. I did scrape turning right and it turned out to be my V&H big shots scraping .

Cool

My Crossbones was my first ever Harley. I scraped the floorboards leaving the dealers parking lot. I was shocked at the lack of clearance.
