Can't seem to find one. This is the program where private sellers can have the dealer arrange title transfer and financing.

 

I think any authorized Harley dealership can facilitate a rider to rider deal. You will have to have an inspection done by the dealership and pay administrative fees. Just call and ask to speak with a finance adviser at your local dealership.

 

Not offered in Ohio. I looked into it last month and called HD headquarters. I was told that Ohio is actually the ONLY state that it is not available.

 

I was told by a prospective buyer of my bike that Southeast HD in Cleveland will do rider to rider.
