Yesterday I was driving home (in my car) from work some punk on a sportster was in front of my riding up people's tails swerving all over the place. He has a nice little flat brim bent up and boots with laces dragging on the ground, just looks like a real hipster (straight out of one of those iron883 ads that appeal to the younger crowds). All of a sudden he slows down, speed limit is 40 hes going 20 and I watch him reach into his pocket and pull out his phone. Next thing I see his head looking straight down at his crotch reading his phone all the while backing traffic up and crossing the yellow lines. Finally he puts the phone back in his pocket and winds the bike out again.

Texting and driving is dangerous enough, but to watch some absolute shitbag do it in front of you was infuriating. Just thought I'd share an unfortunate experience yesterday, I rode my scoot in today so I know the ride home will be relaxing

 

Saw two people on motorcycles texting in the last week. Parts from whats left of their bikes will be cheap.

Something tells me that rider will resolve his situation rather quickly

 

Yep, idiots everywhere. Harley does not discriminate. Personally, I'd have probably yelled some **** at him. Maybe something like "hey *******, it's dangerous enough out here for us cagers, without you morons riding distracted!". Uh huh, maybe something like that...

I gotta agree though, this situation will resolve itself in due time.

Speaking of saying something to them...I saw a guy in a truck going down the highway, weaving like he was drunk, so I got next to him and he was texting. I did a "no-no" with my finger and he did a "sign" with his finger.

 

I get that all the time - on more than one occasion have I hit the horn and said something to people I see texting only to get flipped off when I do...and what's worse is that it's ILLEGAL to text and drive in MD and yet I am the idiot for reminding them of it!!

 

Those Millennial's are paying for our social security, we need them.
