Does the 2016 touring models use the same head pipe as the 2012's? Am thinking about trading in my 12 FLHX for a 16 Ultra. Still have the stock head pipe cause I bought another for my current bike to cut out the cat. I would like to cut the cat out of this one for the 16 if I was to purchase new.

 

Yes you are correct. My 2012 and 2016 Road Glide have the same head pipe. I cut my cat out of my 2016 today.
