So I have made plans to go to Myrtle Beach in a couple weeks. I plan on getting some engine lights. But what I really want is a stereo upgrade. New speakers and speaker lids. Do they have the painted lids available? and do they do this install at rally? My bike is a 2015 Road glide

 

I don't know about that rally, but in Sturgis this year there were dozens of folks selling LEDs and they would all install them on site while you waited.

 

You should have no problem with the engine lights, there will be more than one vendor tent to choose from. Can't say for certain about the sound systems, but I will bet that they are there too.

 

Thx. I have been to a few rallies and got lights on my old bike installed in myrtle beach. the stereo is what I want. even if its limited to front speakers and amp. I can get the lids installed in storage this winter

 

No... vendors will not have painted saddle bag lids. your best option will be to install them before you go. which to get color match anything take about 6 to 8 weeks. in some cases. Now some vendors may have primer saddle bag lids but the chances of them having paint to match is like 99.9% against

 

Definitely read the audio forum here. You likely won't be happy with a lot of the crap sold at vendors.

 

Last year it was Soundz Customz for audio, TD Designs for lighting, amongst quite a few others. You shouldn't have a problem finding what you want, it's a big event.

I order lids off Hals Harley. Painted from Harley 560 for the set. I they said since my bike is new they have them at ware house and I will .them with in a week. I have a place in Murells inlet getting back to me on the J&M Rokka 500 watt amp and 4 speakers. installed The set that is designed for the new Road glides
