Thought this was pretty cool and a good list for some rides. One day hope to make a dent in this list. Who has rode them and are they worth the ride. https://www.yahoo.com/travel/the-mos...795532747.html

Pretty cool. I would have to disagree with quite a few, but...I've probably only been on 5 of those roads. Pretty sad I think.

I live right on the listed scenic road in ND. Sad honestly if that is the best road in the entire state.

Lots of cool spots that I would like to check out. i think they could have come up with somewhere better for Illinois... not sure where though... maybe way down at the southern part of the state.

Wow, with miles of coastal routes in Michigan (after all it is surrounded by water) and they pick Woodward Ave, wouldn't be my first pick that is for sure. US 31 (Blue Star Hwy) is a real nice ride up the entire West side of the state, and that is just one of many.

I was thinking about doing that next year -- riding up the west side of Michigan, taking a ferry across the lake and then back down Wisconsin along the east side of that state and back home to the suburbs of Chicago. Think it would be pretty fun other than the part of the trip through/around Chicago and Indiana.

Yep, take the ferry from Muskegon MI to Milwaulkee and stop by the Harley museum. If you do it in the fall the ferry cost is cheaper, you might even catch some fall color although the color change along the coast happens later in the fall along the lake.

What you’re looking at is called the Nada Tunnel, and while its name is taken from a long-gone nearby logging town, it’s also an apt description of the amount of space this one-lane tunnel has. It serves as the entrance to the Red River Gorge, which is on multiple government registers due to its beauty
