Default 2001 Softail Deuce size? Help

Hello I hope someone can help here
I bought this (2001 Softail Deuce) that had custom stuff already on it.

I was told or I heard wrong? that this Bike had a 96ci Screaming Eagle big bore kit it also has the Screaming Eagle Intake the K&N looking jobby.
and some two in to One Pipes,
Someone told me the name of those but forgot.

Here is my dilemma,
I just bought a DynaJet Power Commander 5, as I have some deceleration Popping from my pipes and have eliminated all of the simple stuff.

You have to download these Map files for your bike, see where my issues are starting to concern me?

I thought he had stated it was a 95 or 96 inch big bore kit and that the bike was a 1635 cc, I am having issues attempting to confirm the possibility online.

Is there a way to look up any ID numbers online off the head, or barrels?

Also I would guess the Cams might have been changed too, I do not know if its possible to install the one without the other?

Would anyone have any intel that maybe of some help?
Thank you in advance.

I went to the Power Commander site and figured out the big bore kit is a 95, and the screaming eagle intake is fairly standard across all the map options, the Cams I have two options one a 211 cam and the other was 203, is there a chance mine has a better chance of being one over the other? and they mention stage one and stage two ecm?
what happens to my bike Damage wise if I pick the wrong map cam or ecm wise?

ok I figured out that the ECM is stock, its HD Part number 32612-01 and seems to fit FLSTCI\TFI\FXSTI\TBI\TSI\TDI so I would guess after taking it off the bike and looking up this info its a Stage one?

if so that only Leaves the Cam dilemma 203 or 211? if so this would reduce my choices down to two map options, am I going to screw up my bike if I chose the wrong one?
I am not sure this is a 1635cc maybe a 1550?
if it is 1635 I wonder what combo of stuff would do this I was hoping knowing this might help figure out the parts without taking the engine apart,
I am guessing as all the info I got for the bike was second hand from the seller.

ok I think I figured it all out except for the cams I am pretty sure it has 203 or 211 Cams in it if I chose the wrong mapping due to the 203 or 211 cam difference will making the wrong choice cause the map to run my bike to Lean? there by jacking up the engine, or is this a case of it will run like crap pick the other ?

Thank You may I ask so that I understand better, you came to the conclusion that these were 203 Cams due to the part number on the ECU or ECM? Probably a Stock one, if they were 211s then The ECU or ECM would have a different Part number or would have been a stage 1 or 2 or 3?

I would advise going to a shop and getting it dyno'd. That way, the tune on your power commander will be custom for your bike and not one of the stock maps. I went through the same deal. Buying a bike that had a lot of stuff done to it and not knowing exactly what. I bought my power commander online and they mapped it for me. My bike seems to run better with it but Im still going to get it dyno'd to make sure that I have the right tune for my parts. I feel like paying a few hundred bucks now is better than eventually ruining your engine.
