Default Stock CV Sucking Fuel From Accel. Nozzle

Getting my 85' EVO FLHT back on the road. Hand some leaky seals, all replaced. When I started the bike all was well. Then after it warmed up I noticed that when I kept the RPM over 2000, fuel was being drawn from the accelerator nozzle. So since I have two backup CV carbs I removed the leaky one and replaced it with one of the extras. Same thing, fuel being drawn from the accelerator pump nozzle over 2000 rpm. No problem I'll try the third carb. Same thing. So I totally pulled the carbs apart, replaced all the gaskets and seals. Cleaned them all with carb cleaner, blew out all the openings with compressed air and reassembled all three. Same results from all three carbs, fuel drawn from the accelerator pump nozzles. All nozzles were removed, cleaned, made sure that the pump weighted needle was clean and moving, replaced all diaphragms and the small round 'O' rings. No leaks. When I crank the throttle, the accelerator pump works great, stops when I'm off the throttle. What the hell am I missing? Is my only choice replacing the nozzle with an aftermarket nozzle with a spring and check ball?

Float levels set by me on all three carbs. All are as per manual, so not the float level.

do you have throttle stop set right? Fuel mixture screw out too far? By having gas come out of the nozzle I assume its at steady throttle?

No offense intended to any of the good advice already mentioned here by harleycharlie, but you might get some better info if you post this in the evo forum. Tons of guys in there with a lot of CV experience.

Throttle set correctly, mixture 2 turns out, and yes, when you hold the throttle at any rpm beyond 2K, a stream of fuel flows from the accelerator nozzle until you back down to idle. I didn't know there was an EVO section. I'll post my question there, thanks. I've been riding since 64', had pans, shovels, EVO's and Twin Cams. Never seen this happen on any of my carbureted bikes.
