Disabled rider needs aboost
We own a 2014 Tri-glide. My wife is hemi pelogic ( paralysed on one sed) due to a stroke as still loves to ride. Problem: I am having difficulty manually lifting her on to the saddle and am thinking of a worm gear or linear actuator attached to the frame to get her aboard.
any have workable suggestions? Thanks

My wife has MS and is in a wheelchair she can not get on by herself. We have a collapsible step that we use. Put the step in front of the passengers floor board. Her right leg is the strong leg so we do this on the right side. I stand her up she holds on to handle bar and passengers grab handle. She stands on the step with her right leg (with me standing behind her holding her up) then she lifts her left leg onto the passengers floor board. At that point I slowly twist (push) her around to sit on the passengers seat. Have to hold her there while lift her leg over and put it on the floor board on the left side. It is not pretty to watch but it works for us. Step folds up and can go in the tour pack. We tow a trailer for the wheelchair so it goes in there. Hope that helps you?
