I'm going to say zero.
Oil flows into the tank but not out of it
Can anyone explain to me where the oil goes after it comes from the tank and goes thru the pump?

On a diagram it looks like it goes from the pump to the filter back to the pump

Changed filter after seeing that oil made it to it. Changed oil.
Now I have oil flow.
Now I just have to deal with the ignition module cutting out when it reaches 220 degrees

I would seriously think about putting an oil cooler on that Sportster, OP. Those kind of oil temps you have are gonna kill that thing.

Vendors say 200-250 is normal for a 1250

250 is too hot. Oil oxidizes & viscosity breaks down @250. I don't like anything over 235. I would put a cooler on it- it'll be cheaper in the long run when you factor in the wear & tear from excess oil temperatures......

Looks like you found your problem... a clogged oil filter. I was going to mention that maybe you lost a bearing and a needle made it into the scavenger gears, but that is worst case scenario. Everything else is good right?

Is that oil in the tank?
Looks like sludge.

Default Oil Change

Change the oil and put on a new filter and check it then...
