WOW, that's a real scenic place - are those private homes on the lake, they're amazing?

Yeah, the homes are private. They are on Lake Tahoma at the bottom of The Devil's Whip on NC 80. That building in the lake is a Dance Hall/community center.

Great pics NASock! I am in Charlotte and have done Devil's Whip a couple of times. Nice stretch of a road. Which part of NC are you in?

I wish we had scenery like that but in east Texas, nothing like that.
