If they are made in the Tonawanda Facility (I believe they are) then they are union made by United Steel workers local #135. This plant makes Goodyear and Dunlop tires for Medium duty trucks, cars and Motorcycles.

Good! - They raise the standard level of compensation for all workers not just workers at there plant. if you have noticed the standard has been dropping for all blue collar workers as the rate of unionized workers has been steadily dropping over the years. Unions have a bad rap. some do to there own doing. I'm sure you have heard of the lazy American union worker but there are lazy people at all employers. Unions are not there to protect the lazy but they do have a responsibility to make sure they are not punished to harsh. another words does the punishment fit the crime.

Both of my stock Dunlops replaced under warranty .Front one had weird looking cuts at about 4000 miles the back tire had a terrible howl at 7000 miles .Harley did put Dunlops back on the bike and so far they have been good. Tires were on 13 Street glide. Glad to hear they are American made ,really the only tire I have been using for the last 7 years on both my bikes .They have been good except those stock ones which were a free replacement .

Glad to know the Dunlops are American/union made. If you are an hourly worker, you likely have better pay and benefits due to unions. I.B.E.W. Local 716, and I.U.O.E. Local 564 member here. You can also thank unions for the 40 Hr workweek, FMLA, Labor Day, and countless other benefits many Americans enjoy.
