Default anyone use a lepera bare bones pillion pad?

might be looking to pick up the bare bones deluxe pillion pad PN: lk-007-pdx. anyone have any experience with these? how happy/unhappy is the wife? keep in mind mine is 25 and probably 120 pounds, sitting on the shotgun shock. although when i bought the Bare Bones all i heard was people complaining about the comfort, and 200 miles in i don't have any issues with that either. any thoughts?

I got the bare bones seat and p. pad combo on the Shovel. I did however, get the seat and pad made with a gel pad inside. I think my seat is one of the most comfortable seats I've ever had. Wouldn't be my choice for touring, but all day runs are fine.
As far as the p. pad goes, the ol lady doesn't mind a poker run or two over 100 miles since she can get off and stretch and she's 52 and 130 lbs.

My wife rides a streetbob with the bare bones seat and really likes it , 55 years and 125 lbs . The pillon may be a little less comfortable and it sits directly above the suspension , so it may be good for short hops or maybe longer , worth a try . I have 5 seats for my roadking , trial and error i suppose , 4 of them look cool hanging on the shop wall , oh well ------

hell, we stop for gas often enough that i feel like she'll be fine with the p.pad.

yep, a collection may be in my future. paid $150 for the bare bones, and some tiny little matching pad for it is $125?? weird how things work. they know that if the wife wants to ride, you'll have to pay to get her on there
