Default New to Florida, tips on Winterizing?

I was thinking a good way to Winterizing a bike here in Florida would be to ride it often to keep the internals lubricated?

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Winterizing isn't in our vocabulary here in the Sunshine State.

What's this winterizing you speak of? Never heard of it in west Texas.

The reason why I am moving to Florida is so that I can ride year round....winterizing, yes change the air in the tires.

Now we are in our riding season here in Florida. We don't worry about winterizing but you need to worry about Summerizing when the temp is in the 90's and your engine is cooking in traffic. So welcome to Florida.

I'll be heading down there the end of next month. I'm looking forward to five months of winter riding!

Guessing I'll have to break out the winter gear, long sleeve t-shirt, jeans. No more shorts and flip flops.
