HD website
How can it possibly suck so bad? From trying to customize a bike to finding parts. Just don't get how such a company could have pathetic web site designers. Okay, rant over. Just irks me. Always has and does not look like it will ever improve. Makes me feel like I have a 14.4 modem.....

You are absolutely 110,000% correct. I've never seen a worse company web page that's more difficult to navigate and find anything on.

Yes it's very frustrating trying to find things for your model of bike. Seems like that search function does not work well.

What other websites do you guys think is slick offering comparable to H-D.com?
I think the Harley site is easy to use and visually appealing. Create an account, add your bikes and easy to search for parts for it.

I think it's pretty good except when searching for parts. What I don't like is that my three closest dealers do not list what new bikes they have in stock on their websites. I guess they just want you to drive in and see for yourself.

When the website does not work, go to the dealer, spend the $15- for the parts & accessories catalog and trade in your current motorcycle while you are there.

I do not find the website hard to navigate but it is slow as molasses and can be frustrating.

Started this because I was trying the build a bike option. Select color and watch it spin.
And spin
And spin.......
Same thing with any feature. Just sad.
Not like as if my internet connection is slow either.
