Default Need confirmation on what I saw down tailpipe.

I took this pic down the left tailpipe and thought I saw the baffle. I just asking if y'all would confirm that is what I saw or was it something else. If this is true it missing the one on the right hand side.

Looks like its in poor shape, but I could be wrong. Well I'm presented with a new challenge now, where to find baffles for a 3 3/4" (inside)diameter tailpipe?

Don't know how true this is, but I have heard that some exhaust systems only have a baffle in 1 muffler for some reason. Might want to research this before you go changing them out.

That's what strikes me as odd, that there is only one baffle out of a dual system

Instead of cutting the exhaust, why not just buy a full system? You would have to anyways after you mess the current exhaust up by cutting it wrong.

If I remember correctly I thought the mufflers on the older touring bikes were baffled differently because of the rear cyl Y pipe. Right side got flow from both Cyls, left side just the rear. Maybe this is the same situation? Try posting in exhaust section, might get someone who knows for sure.
