Front brake cable measuring...center of bore????

Default Front brake cable measuring...center of bore????
Trying to determine a brake cable length for new Magnum cables. Magnum states that brake cable is measured "brake is center bore of master cylinder to center bore of caliper.". I'm not really sure what that means.
