Just received my DD MCL-2011 gauge for my bike and was all excited.
Right after opening the shipping box, I knew I was in trouble. The original box with the gauge in it was taped back together and the gauge was sliding around loose inside it.
Hooked it up, after scrounging for some washers that were not in the box, and sure enough was a previously returned item. It already had 164 miles on it and now way to reset once you pass 100.
I was so pissed, you spend that much money and get a freakin used product.
I called them (name withheld until refund is issued) and laid into them. They still couldn't believe it was used. Some joker probably rode with it, didn't like it, returned it and they just threw back in the mix to sell.

At least I got to see it lit up and definetly will get another, but from a better seller.

 

Why would you have even wasted the time installing it if it came packaged poorly and didn't have all the parts? Would have returned it right away.

 

Only took 5 minutes, plus maybe they had sent it back to DD for recal before reselling.
