Default Slipping clutch

I have a 2010 CVO street glide with an SE120R, hurricane heads, 285 cams, 65mm throttle body, D&D Boarzilla exhaust, 142hp/138 torque. It's been a bitch getting it in neutral for quite some time, but I figured it was due to the heavy springs in the scorpion clutch. However, recently, the clutch won't hold the bike at stop lights and such. I assume I need to replace the plates, but even if I do, is it still going to be a pain getting it in neutral? Not only that, the lever is hard to pull and it's a hydraulic clutch, so it can't be adjusted. Any thoughts on fixing all the issues? (Hard pull, rolling at stops and hard to find nuetral)

Thanks

The clutch master may be bleeding down or my have air in the system. Most likely not releasing ail the way. Also check for any kinks or blockage in the line .

Come to find out, the slave master cylinder piston ground my pushrod down like a pencil due to the bearing on the outside of the pressure plate going out. Info to all who might experience the same issue.
