Default Front ABS brake bleeding

Does anyone know if this is a fairly straightforward procedure?
My mate wants to fit some mini apes, however, our local Indy says bleeding the abs is a complex procedure. He's quoted £450 ($675) to supply the cables, brake line, extended wiring and fit my mates own bars. They're not internally wired. Seems a lot for this job!

There is a computer that you hook up that cycles the abs module. Or you can bleed the brakes, take it out for a spin and hit the brakes hard to engage it and repeat.

Its not complicated till you get air in the Module. The method I use after a bar swap that includes the mc line to the module, is to push the fluid up from a front caliper. I use a full syringe with a plastic hose void of all air connected to the bleeder, push new fluid up to the mc with the syringe. Using this method never allows any air into the module. This method also makes no mess so long as you do not overfill the mc.

if you bleed the system without the computer to cycle the ABS module does it flush the fluid through the module? or do you still have old fluid in the ABS module.
