I've never seen one of these and the video does not state who make it. Has anyone seen this before and if so know where it can be purchased?

Those aren't for sale in the USA as of yet. Harbor Freight has something that's similar.

Shows made by Track Moto, but website won't pull up. Amazon sold them from what I can tell, but not anymore. All I have to say, but they look pretty cool.
