Default Thicker Shifter Pegs

Been searching interweb with no success for a shifter peg that is 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" diameter. H-D pegs and all else I've found are 1" and I need just a bit more. Anyone know of anything like that?

Thanks, Sammi

If you're not looking for something too fancy, how about getting one machined from some bar stock?

Thanks, that's my Plan B if I can't find anything off the shelf.

is this for a look, or you want to reduce the space from your shoe to the shifter

Actually to decrease distance from shoe to top of front shift peg for function. Can't flex foot up to upshift so use toe shifter peg to downshift and heel to upshift. Difficulty in flexing left ankle and if I adjust lever higher front peg is too high. If I keep lever where it is another half inch is all that's needed to keep it comfortable. Difficult to explain but you get the idea.

Sig pic is before heel/toe shifter.

can't you adjust your linkage rod longer to drop the toe shifter down? then maybe use the spline adjustment to make up the difference?

I got rid of the heel shifter, always do. Then adjusted the shifter spline for more room and swapped out that peg for a better one, went with the nostalgic.

Sounds like your unaware that there are not one, but two adjustments that can be made to lower the shifter. As stated the rod itself is adjustable, as is the orientation of the shifter handle on the shaft. Basic tools, five minutes.

Bike has original shifter rod for stock '06 low Rider (fitted with one shift peg) and it is not adjustable.

Buying an adjustable rod could do it. Thanks for the tip.
