Canadians; want a new Harley? Better hurry...
Just looking at US vs Canadian pricing and it seems us Canucks are in for a major sticker shock. At todays exchange rate, and Ultra Ltd needs to jump $6230CDN to match current US pricing. This also means an Ultra Ltd is $4500USD cheaper in Canada right now than in the US. Going by current web prices. Glad my bike is good for a few more years...

Dollar averaged .64 in 2002; we've a ways to go yet possibly. Our trip next summer will now be thru BC instead of south, maybe to the Island from Powell River, then from Victoria to Port Angeles so we can take HWY 20 across to Trail and avoid all the cities; but that will be our only US "visit"...maybe 2 days...

Used market will take a hit as well for Canadians. I am Canadian and picked up the harley I've been looking for (2012 FLSTSE3 in the Blue color) a few months ago knowing this exchange rate issue was coming. Exchange rate is going to be an issue for Canadian's for a few years at least (if not longer).

Yeah Sharkey you'd think at some point the prices here have to rise but as it stands now the MSRP of a '16 Limited is actually $1,300 LOWER than it was for the '15 models!
Not sure of the legality of it but if I lived in the northern States I'd seriously consider importing a new bike from Canada.
