Tell him to google areo charger, they have a pretty terrible reputation. I was offered a great deal on a areo charger kit for my road king, when I spoke to my buddy who has drag raced turbo harleys for years his advice was "DONT DO IT!"

before he drops the money for one he should do a LOT of research!

A Turbo can be great fun on a light bike, you can't stay on the boost very long before you're doing some serious speed- there isn't that much time for the engine to build a ton of heat.
On something heavy like a trike, it's possible to stay on the boost for extended periods and get that engine smoking hot.
If a stock air cooled engine is designed to shed 75hp worth of heat, you can't expect it to shed 150hp of heat for more than brief periods without it cooking.

along with some nice fat tires, a stretched rake in the front and a 21" wheel, some custom paint. Yea!

as said above there are better turbo kits around, look into it

what is the best HD performance kit to put on a 2012, 103 trike, to bring up the performance, and still keep reliability? Already has performance cams, power commander, Vance and Hines pipes and high flow Screaming Eagle air cleaner, As an alternative to the turbo?

Having built three turbo bikes,my opinion is a TG and a turbo is a bad combination.
