Hats off to Mean City Cycles
I love the look of my OEM Deluxe seat, but confort was iffy . I didnt want an aftermarket seat due to the basket weave, braids and the springer grab bar on the stocker. Read about Mean City Cycles here on the forum. Called them up and they set me up for a ride in appointment last week. Then I couldn't ride in cause i cant get my bike through my 600 ft. Mud pit driveway. So, loaded up the bride and the seat in the truck and off to NC we go. Get there at noon, go roaming around Maiden NC and browsed a turn of the century hardware and antique store to kill some time. Go back to there place an hour later and all done. I got the memory foam mod and its great. Lori and the gang there were very nice folks. She says they work hard on customer service and if I need to adjust anything, they will take care of it. I swear you can not tell anything was done to the seat as it looks the same mounted on the bike as it did before, but it sits me back a couple of inches and down an inch or so. Also has the memory foam, narrower sides and now has a little back support. All this was discussed before they started. I highly recommend before you buy an expensive seat.
