Been lurking here for a while and am now committed to buying a new bike. Can anyone recommend a good dealer and sales guy/gal in the greater Sacramento area?

There is Sac HD, Folsom, Iron Steed and Eagles Nest. Would be willing to go out to the Bay Area for a better dealer.

I have done business with Ironsteed (bought a 2014 Switchback) and still continue to patronize them, although when I traded up I went through Livermore Harley and had a great experience.

Ironsteed has gone through some changes recently, don't now if their customer service will change or not.

 

Had a great sales experience @ Eagle's Nest.... dealt with Kyle there.

Had many bad experiences with their service department, won't go back except to buy a bike if the price was right.

If you like to hear "they all do that", their service department might be right for you.

 

I like HD of Folsom...but would shop them all!!

 

I've bought four bikes from Sacramento Harley. They are great, great guys and they also own Eagles Nest. You won't find better folks to deal with.

 

There is also Guideras in Yuba City to add to your list, no experience with them.
